You know...
if you actually had a banner up for all of the people you have lived with..."ushering" them in...
maybe they would stay longer?
also, the people holding the banner look a little like girl scouts.

I just had an interesting idea. You could use the dry erase markers on the big mirror in the living room as well...mix it up mirrors and whiteboards.
